G’Day fellow cousins. Great news, Adam Buckley, is blessing us with his presence in Armagh for a few nights while he is on work trip via France. Armagh being the Orchard county, he is here to learn about our apple growing techniques to see if he can import some ideas back to WA.
He will be arriving Sat afternoon on 22nd Oct 2011, and departing early Tuesday 25th morning if any of you are about and fancy a few pints and a catchup. Give me a shout if you need more info – liamfmckenna@gmail.com|07511554497

Hi Folks,
Its less than a month to go and here is the latest and only up-date on events. All cabins are booked and paid for €410 & €12 for booking fee. For “Nells Day” - Saturday 27th: Mass is at 11.00am, a welcome blessing, and a glass of champagne. Breakfast is as usual at “TIMARA” cooked by our two expert cooks………….Well they have had plenty of practice over the last few years.
Entertainment for the day is by Major John… No questions asked no questions answered!!!!!!!!!!
Evening arrangements:
7.00pm: Coach pick up at the top of our lane for travel to Deebert House Hotel in Kilmallock
7.30pm: Reception drinks and eats at followed by dinner.
Music and !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! until 12.30am
1.00am: Coach pick up to continue the party back at our own place in the hall
Cost: All included is €35 per person over 12, as the hotel charges for full price for 12 and over and €10 for under 12.
Please let me know how many adults over 12 in your group and how many under 12.
Also can you please let me know if you need a cot or a high chair for your cottage

It seems to take forever and then suddenly it’s here. We are totally depending on you guys for accommodation arrangements – I’m sure it’s all taken care of. Can we be the unit closest to the pub? (or in the pub!) We will organise a hire car when we get there. We fly back to London on Friday 2 Sept and fly out to Australia Fri evening 9.30pm.

Good to see somebody using this site! We haven’t changed ph No or v/msg. – not sure what happened. The wedding was terrific – they all looked great. The weather was fine & Sunny – got a bit cold in the evening as we were on a verandah overlooking the Marina. A beautiful setting. We didn’t take many photos as we were busy talking, eating, drinking etc. (just practising of course)! I’m sure Cathy/Mark will put some pics up when they get back next week. Speak soon
